Traditionally prepared egg fettuccine, cold dried, must be stored in a cool and dry place.

Cooking Instructions: Bring enough water yo boil and one tbs. of salt per liter. Add pasta, stir gently until all the pasta is completely detached. Heat until boiling again. Ready to drain in 7-8 minutes
